The management of your project will always be attended to by a single experienced Project Manager. All our Project Managers have extensive experience in the web design and development industry and this expertise adds tremendous value to your project. Your Project Manager is essentially a dedicated Account Manager with a lot of knowledge about the web (not just a great communicator). 
 

Our Project Management Methodology

Over the past 10 years we have drawn on the best qualities of a range of project management methodologies like Prince2, PMBoK, Waterfall, Agile and Scrum to formulate our own methodology that perfectly suits the website design and development lifecycle. We have kept this lean and flexible to ensure our clients get the right mix of quality, cost and timeframe.  
 

Communication

Clear and positive communication is at the heart of our approach to managing projects. We start all our projects with a clear agreement on your preferred contact patterns (e.g. always phone, just email, etc.) and work hard to ensure you are kept up-to-date at all times.
