Along with several other web companies, Get Started was invited to pitch for the scoping project of a new SEEK website. Get Started were successful in securing the project, then in less than 2 months worked with 15 SEEK stakeholders to produce a 70+ page functional specification, which included detailed page layouts.

During this project Get Started conducted several workshops with 10 or more SEEK stakeholders from various parts of the business, and when finalising the specifications held several 1 and 2 person interviews with senior managers in the affected areas of the business.

This project allowed Get Started to demonstrate its ability to quickly distill pertinent issues during scoping, facilitate large groups of stakeholders at a fast growing and very busy client and crystallise the needs of the various business areas into one document - so a development team could clearly understand what needed to be built. Get Started were also able to provide guidance on usability, SEO and technical construction issues during the scoping sessions.

After Get Started completed the scoping project, SEEK used the specifications to have the www.seekcommercial.com.au website built, and launched it in late 2006.
